Stephen Heller

Heller studied, briefly, with Czerny. He enjoyed a long exchange of letters with Schumann, contributing to Schumann’s ‘Neue Zeitschrift für Musik.’ Berlioz, Chopin and Liszt — all close friends — were among acquaintances Heller made when he settled in Paris.
